This is a prepared expression of the proposed next act. No statement below is represented as an act already performed by Marko Markota. It may be changed or rejected as a whole or in part.

## Proposed declaration

I, Marko Markota, identify KENTRA's constitutional reference undertaking as the bounded subject of this act: the formation, issue, explanation, preservation and correction of CONSTITUTION_01 as the proposed public successor to IAMMAI.

I select the exact constitutional text and expressly incorporated schedules identified in the completed issuance record. I make the undertaking answerable under integrity of kind, integrity of boundary, integrity through time and relational answerability. My role as originating source does not exempt my conduct within this undertaking from those commitments.

The issuing basis is this present, bounded source commitment. I do not claim to revive an exhausted historical constituent capacity or to acquire authority from possession of a key, archive, company or domain. This act does not impose local applicability on other sources, amend Body001, open a FIELD or confer new powers on existing operational projects.

For this undertaking I accept continuing responsibility for reference stewardship, bounded interpretive and editorial decisions, correction, publication decisions and the actual answerability commitments made. These functions remain distinguishable even when I bear them together. Technical execution can be delegated within an exact scope; delegation does not transfer authorship or a general power to change the constitutional identity.

The formation-specific capacity of this act exhausts when its defined effect occurs. Failure or delay in recording cannot extend it. Corrections and changes thereafter use the applicable continuing functions and preserve their predecessor. Ordinary adaptation may change means while preserving the four commitments; changing those commitments must be represented as a distinct successor or transformation.

The reference may be made publicly available under the completed publication terms. Every public representation shall state the scope it actually supports. A live answerability interface, signed operational assurance, local adoption and runtime conformance shall be claimed only when their corresponding relations exist.

## Values required to make this an exact performed act

The source must identify the exact selected text/version and incorporated schedules, its intended effect, effective occurrence/time and publication rights. If cryptographic signing is used, the key's current authority and custody qualification must be stated. This review packet supplies unsigned checksums for comparison, not a signature or completed issuance record.

The proposed act can be performed through one clear, attributable source expression. It does not require the source to repeat a fixed incantation, create an institution, adopt unrelated archives or authorise unspecified future deployment.
